With all of the above services, you can TRY to bring to their Retention departments and complain/threaten to switch providers and see if they'll give you a traffic, but even then it will be for a constrained time, and rarely works more than once (they'll keep hold of good files of these calls). At some point, they'll let you step before they verbs giving you discounts.
The bottom line is that they're providing you a service that you hold to pay for. If their prices aren't competitive, shop around and switch.
Not predictable. It's a promotional pricing period to obtain you to try out the services. However, by having more than one service near them you usually get a discount (something resembling $5 a month per additional service). We enjoy internet and cable tv with comcast and that's how our billing works,so I can assume it would be like way near yours.
