Does directv enjoy more HD than dish meet people?

Comcast took over the Houston market, and they are raise thier prices.

Who has more HD selection?

Answers:    DirecTV has be working with a little the "cable networks" to get them converted to HD, and will be going live near them this month (October). By next month, DirecTV is going to own a big lead on DishNetwork, who have been the bazaar leader for the second year or so after acquiring Voom, a spoilt "HD Only" sat service that be ahead of its time.
That's a hard one because they fine-tuning all the time. I be just told that DirecTV only added several HD channels. Also, they took their "spaceway" satellites (a slipshod satellite Internet venture) and are now going to use them for HD so they can in a minute add up to 1000 HD channel. I would bet on them in the long run.

In the short run DISH bought VOOM and acquire their HD content so they may currently have more. However, VOOM have a LOT of lame HD programming so I would look at those channels closely.

Both providers own their HD channels programmed on their web sites and since the line-up change extremely often, it's best to refer nearby.
DIRECTV just launch satellites and will be expanding HD a ton in the subsequent few months.
DISH has a few in a minute but in the long run it will be DTV.
