Most TV's have more later one input. You can put Comcast on input one and Dish on input two.

If you have an elder TV with with the sole purpose a single input go to Walmart or Radio Shack and win a two position video switch. On the back it will enjoy two inputs for your Comcast and Dish and one output to go to your TV.
