Answers:    Divx is a codec used for encoding video. You can buy a Divx compatible DVD player (cost like $50 at walmart) and fit up to 6 full length movies onto one DVD and keep under surveillance them on your TV. You can either convert your DVDs to AVIs encoded beside Divx or just download torrents of them. Xvid is a free newspaper of Divx and will also play on most Divx players. If you want to convert DVDs to 700MB avis you can use autogk, it is a free converting program.
