How do you manufacture movies beside a large def and full peak?

ok this movie doesnt show clear at all and its not full eyeshade so can someone please give me a free program to construct it full screen and elevated def


Answers:    You can't make a Hi-def picture out of "junk" (say a YouTube video).

If at hand is not enough resolution to set off with, no situation how much you scale it up, it is not going to look honourable.

To make true HD video you stipulation an HD camera.
Like the above poster said you can't make it HD if the resolution to commence with is horrible, but you can sort it full screen. I won't recommend it though because if the video is already not clear at a size that isnt full peak then it will single get worse once you engender it fullscreen. You can downl VLC media player which plays most formats and brand if full screen beside that if you want to try.
