Answers:    Bottom splash? No, there's no real route to bypass it.

To get around the parental controls, you any need the password, or you want to call the service provider and be equipped to convince them that you are the information holder. They will ask you for personal ID information to confirm your identity, and you'll need to be capable of answer those questions promptly and correctly. If you can do that, they will clear the password remotely. But remember that your call will be logged, and repeated call will be noticed.
This answer may any help you or totally hurt you:

Unplug the box, which will temporarily delete the TV listings, and consequently the ratings.

Depending on the settings, this will either allow you access to adjectives channels since at hand are no program listings with ratings that can be blocked, or it will allow you access to zilch at all if the box be set to allow access to nothing until rating information populates.
