yes if your laptop have a video out thats the yellow rca socket which plugs into your tv's pallid rca input. the picture well if you hold a standard tv then amend the rez to 800 by 600 or all the icon and words will be very small and strong to see. if you have a plasma tv afterwards it doesnt matter
