Answers: Have you tuned your television/settop box or whatever you are using to secure freeview? You need to do that beforehand you can get a signal. If you enjoy, have you checked that your satellite dish is ok? They do warn that you inevitability to have an mature aerial checked out. Finally, I enjoy to say that the freeview signal can be 'hitty-missy'. We lived contained by rural south-west Durham when we first started viewing freeview channels and have very few problems. Now we've moved to going on for 30 miles south of London, 20 miles from the transmitter at Crystal Palace and sometimes we go several days lacking a digital signal. I just hope they raise things before analogue is switched bad.

Set top aerials are usually not good ample unless you are in a strong signal nouns.
Try retuning the digi box (select the 'first installation' option)

we've all be there!! you call for an outside ariel, either on your roof or surrounded by your attic....without that you wont draw from it working, indoor ariels of any type will not transmit enough signal...perfect luck.
