What type of dvd should i gain to copy something onto?

I want to record my ultrasound onto it, but i'm not sure what loving to bring.
would it be a dvd-r?

Answers:    You hold to ask your medical provider what kind of recordable DVD to bring. Some equipment is compatible beside both DVD-R and DVD+R, but some equipment requires one or the other. You won't know unless you ask. If you can't find out the answer, you can bring one of each to be locked.
