can anyone tell me what this is? i bought a box of computer bric a brac and this be included, any help appreciated. thankfulness.


Answers:    Previous answerer is correct, however you'll need a software driver to run it.
This can be downloaded from hauppauge's website.
It's a exceptionally handy device, you can watch TV surrounded by a window whilst doing other work, or you can keep watch on full-screen. A TV hard-disk recorder is included in the software so you can history the programs you are watching. These can be burnt to DVD if required (although you'll stipulation DVD authoring s/w to do this).
It turns your PC into a Freeview TV.
