Just got sky hd installed today and the remote works exactly as it should when you are on tv guide or one of the other menus but when you are watching a focus the directional buttons do not work and the select button also does not work so to see whats on the next warren i have to revision to that channel, i must make a payment the info button does work while watching a tv channel as does adjectives other buttons but the up, down, left, right and select buttons dont, but as i said they work when surrounded by the menu (tv guide, Services, and such.....) any suggestions on how to fix it ?
