Cable v-box Audio Description constantly on.?
I enjoy been surrounded by the menu, and turned it off, but it's STILL ON!! I hold tried turning off the v-box, resetting it. and turning it fund on. and it's still on.
Can anyone tell me how to turn it rotten?
Answers: It sounds like Virgin Media have accidently switched the streams so the AD track is being broadcast as standard instead of the non-AD. I'd grant them a call and discuss it. If you hold a VM phone-line you can call 151 which is their "faults" number.
At lowest, that's the only explanation I can imagine of!
