How do i fix my VOD (video on demand) problem?

when i try to see a video on "video on demand", sometimes there is a black eyeshade on the the place where the video should be playing. how do i fix it?


Answers:    Hi, the best mode to fix is calling the cable company and have a tech going over in attendance to check your lines, because the most vOd problems is because a bad column, or bad fitting, or even the cable company is down. They will give an account you right way. But similar to I said the best way is to call for your cable provider and have a tech come out they will not charge you. Unless if you disconnect anything or the problem is your blemish. I belive is not. So go ahead telephone the cable provider tell them that your VOD is inoperative. They ill try reset the dct (digital box) and if does not work they will distribute someone out, but if you are not a cable tech don't try to fix yourself, because can be a lot of things.
