1) Add the TV tuner card to the PC.

2) You will need a plug n play cable approaching at http://www.securicorp.com/acatalog/CCTV_... This connects the camera to the Tuner card and the power supply. The end of this cable have a video, audio & power connector.

3) You will need a power supply which will connect directly to the power socket on the plug n play cable. Like the 12v DC PSUs here http://www.securicorp.com/acatalog/CCTV_...

4) You can win a plug n play cable with phono video conenctor to attach directly to the tuner card.

Thats it. You may inevitability to use the tuner card software to switch to video channel to see the video from the camera.
