Is there any difference contained by terms of improvements from the silverTelewest TV Drive to the black Virgin Media V+ Drive?

Now I will recognize I have never see or used either of these products, however Telewest is very soon part of NTL and NTL and Virgin hold teamed up/merged to supply their 4 point media bunch, Voice/Mobile/Broadband and Cable, so I would suggest that it is probably the same product next to a different skin.
i have not notice any improvements quite the divergent in certainty.- loss of service- poor customer care- loss of sky- expensive rates for help lines!
