Answers: If your cable HD looks terrible you should obtain a tech out at your place to look at it.
When you say it looks unpardonable I would be interested in knowing what you tight, cause the singular thing that make a picture bad through HD is if the picture is Pixelating and breaking up..if to be precise the case it is a signal issue at your house, or I don`t know and less credible on the plant itself.
Also the person above me is right, merely cause you enjoy a kick *** tv doesn't aim that it supports all formats, it could also be that the tech didn't set the box up right....its really impossible to right to be heard without seeing the sittuation
it could be your t.v., or near service programming is poor on the t.vs
try contacting them to see if they can see what the problem is
Many companies COMPRESS the heck out of HDTV to save bandwidth (bandwidth = $$$$). The simply way to procure the TRUE signal is OVER THE AIR via an antenna and an ATSC tuner built into your HDTV.
You didn't say what generous of TV you have, see a** doesn't say much roughly the brand of tv. You could had bought a no designation lcd tv that only does 480p for adjectives we know.
