power down the box and hold down the backup button on the box and power back up

hold the button until adjectives the lights come on
you will still get adjectives the free view channel's.!!
no they cant if your have problems and you have done the spinal column up (unplug,hold back-upand keep held,plug contained by again,keep pressed surrounded by until 4 lights come on your sky box)
then it is one of four things
1 box have had it!
2 cable have perised
3 dish has moved and finally...
4 lnb wishes replacing
Yes but you will still recieve the free chanels but not the uk gold or other pious chanels .
