Volume button on my sky remote wont work how do i fix it?
Answers: get the phone code from sky put in the code the headset should work normally
you own to call the sky bloke and describe him to give you a spanking new remote. or buy a new one yourself.
replace the battery.?
if all other buttons are working it may be a blemish to the circuit or when you push it a little rubber at the rear it may not be touching the circuit.
go to interactive,
afterwards sky customer services,
when it loads go down the menu of stuff to find "Programme my remote" press select and follow the instructions!
