Is it worth paying the money for a Bang and Olufsen tube or is at hand a better way out?

Answers:    The trouble is TV's are not made these days for longevity, the max duration you get is in the order of 5 or 6 years, no matter how much you rewarded for it, so a really expensive one is basically merely for prestige, I would always buy Sony, everything I hold bought from them ie MP3 players, CD players etc have always be excellent, they do what they say they will do minus fuss and without have to have a bloody level in engineering to take how to use them, in my outlook you pay extra for name like B&O because they hold a million features you will never use!
sure is
