Answers:    What you entail is a CROSSOVER cable to be able to connect a PC directly to another PC. Then the second PC can be setup to use the internet through the other PC. Or to connect into the other PC. This can work but as the previous comment states it would be easier and possibly faster if you connect a Wired or Wireless router first afterwards you can connect both PCs to the router.

If you want a CROSSOVER cable you can find them at any electronic store or compute store.
