Watch DishTV via TV tuner card on PC?

I wish to purchase a USB-type of TV tuner card (ex. D-link)
Just wondering whether the TV tuner card is competent to receive signals from dishTV?

TV Tuner cards can't receive satellite signals.
Make also sure you buy one next to a Digital TV tuner.
If you want to receive unscrambled Cable, you also need to enjoy a QAM tuner.
