hi, i bought a freeview box at christmas(one gone) and i set it up etc and i was getting brilliant channel, now i lately got a digital mast installed im gettin crap channels and just about any, ive tried reseting it etc, first time set up etc but nothing is working what so ever, any accepted wisdom

Answers: Your in-flight installer has get something badly wrong. It could be poor electrical system, wrong type of aerial or poor alignment, its not looking at the transmitter.
Get the installers rear legs, and point it at the correct transmitter!
