Answers:    If you phone up DirecTV at 1(800) 347-3288 you can let them know that you forgot/lost your parental control password. Once they ask you a few question to confirm your account they will reset it wager on to NO PASSWORD over the satellite. You will need to know doesn`t matter what info you have on diary , name, phone number on vindication, to have them reset it.
