Does anyone know how to shift roughly working for direct tv from home?
Answers: I know two individuals doing this, both are native speaking Germans and they hold a software suite loaded onto their machines that lets them VPN into the company, from within they put themselves on as available and phone calls are directed to them sitting in that with these headset on and they assist overseas customers and resolve their problems. It is my understanding that they started as beckon center employees at the Tulsa, OK telephone center and moved into these "from home" roles later on.
