I have it hooked up to my Comcast Cable Box and Im trying to story a show. But when I set my computer to record a show such as... 'that 70's Show' I own to be watching the channel that it is on. Isnt their a route for it to record something im not currently watching?
Answers: From what you describe, you enjoy a single-tuner in your computer. If this program is not on digital cable, (and you still want to use your computer for watching tv as well), you will hold to get a 2nd tv-tuner card. That agency, 1 tuner can tune regular cable channels, and the other can control your digital cable box (i assume). It's kinda resembling Picture-in-Picture: you need 2 tuners for that also.
