The HD tube switch?

So why is the government protection this full swap over to HD television? When exactly is the adjust and should I be worried?

Answers:    The government is not forcing HDTV but Digital environmental transmissions and the end of analog transmissions.
This is planned to take place February 2009 and if you hold cable or satellite TV service it will not effect you at all. It one and only effects the way TV stations will transmit over the atmosphere TV, and if you get your TV next to an antenna over the air, you will inevitability a digital receiver box to hook up to your behind the times TV so you can watch the clean digital transmissions on channel 3/4. It's time for the USA to upgrade TV transmissions from a low definition 60 year elderly format to a higher definition and more boom free, and modern system. This change over have been contained by the works for many years and the deadline for it is February 2009.
