Can I transcript on my tv beside appropriation card?

I now fathom out that I need a tv occupation card to watch and history tv on my laptop, and where I will also know how to pause live tv. Can I switch using this card between my laptop and tv and journal and pause from any? Also will I be able to receive adjectives the cable channels that I am getting in a minute from my cable provider?


Answers:    If you keep unplugging and replugging, you may lead to some damage to the card (static) - also it will drive you nuts, lead to it will always be surrounded by the wrong place.

You will only be capable of record the cable channel if they are sent out from your cable box in a form that will connect to your card - RF or component form - if your "TV card just accepts 'direct from the air' signals, after you will need to hold the signal "RF encoded" so the card will accept it - if the card also accept 'video component' then ok.
