We recenetly got digital cable next to a DVR box. Today, we can view any of the regular channel for appx. 20 seconds and later a message comes up ...To order this culvert call customer support at 877- 772-2253... These are not premium channels. We call the customer no service number several times and all we return with is muzak. Any help (other than finding us a righteous satellite dish) would be appreciated.
Answers: u would be better off fixing it your self than waiting prompt warner. they have the worse customer service contained by the world next to AOL. time warner have the most incompetent rude people working for them
