Do you need to charge the Archos 605 first when you buy it.? Or is it already charged?


Answers:    There is probably a small charge within the battery when it comes out of the collection, but the user manual recommend that you fully charge your Archos 605 before you use it.

"Before using your ARCHOS for the first time, completely charge its freestyle. The battery
of your ARCHOS charges via your computer’s USB port: .... The CHG indicator LED is on while the freestyle is charging. It will blink when
the battery is fully charged." - Archos 605 Manual
