Wireless TV intermingle?

i am thinking of buying one, but would like to know do they work resourcefully, also the portable television within my bedroom which is the one i want with the join doesn't have a deeply good reception if i buy the tv association do i need an ariel, save is it the same point of picture that i get from my sky also would the remote work within my bedroom.
