Has anyone have problems next to Direct TV customer service?
Answers: My husband is a Directv Tech and he always have problems with their customer service. I hear him ranting how stupid near customer service people are.
I own received nothing but excellent service from DirecTV contained by the last few years. (It get really bad 4 years ago, but they recovered.)
Long time customers are automatically directed to the US-based call upon center, which is quite nice.
If I have something to complain about, it would be the darned voice-activated menu system. I a moment ago really want a human. When I call customer service, it's because I enjoy a really weird problem that I can't fix myself, and it doesn't take the complicated stuff.
I've been a subscriber for over 7 years and I hold always found their customer service VERY usual.
And if you want to right to a person in recent times do this as it worked for me. When they ask you what you are clling about speak some in gibberish similar to "tweedle toe bumder flick"
They'll say "sorry, I didn't gain that" then walk "gluber gibble fluber biffle" and they will connect yout o someone.,
