Anybody know if here is a laptop next to TV tuner?

I'm in the open market to buy a laptop that receive TV signals. I'm also trying to figure out how to text satellite TV on my computer. Is this possible. If so how?

There are no satellite receiver for PCs or laptops. You will need a video appropriation card for your PC and a satellite set-top box
