Answers:    When you correction from ordinary Sky to Sky plus the LNB attached to the arm that sticks out from the dish get replaced, with a quad output one. Two of the outputs walk to your new Sky plus box. One is for you to keep watch on 'in real time', the second is so that you can transcript a different channel to the one that you are watching. The third and fourth outputs are used if you hold Sky 'multi-room'.

For simplicities sake the entire dish gets replaced, not freshly the LNB. The cable between the dish and the box will also be replaced with 'dual coaxial', as contained by two coaxial cables stuck to respectively other, in a numeral of 8.

All Sky digital dishes are oval - they always hold been. They are wider later they are tall so that when the 'look' at the satellite they don't 'see' the other satellites to the 'left' and 'right', which would result in interference. As there are no satellites 'above' and 'below' the Astra 2 constellation, the dish does not obligation to be as 'tall' as it is 'wide.
Why would you get a dish to spectacle the sky?
