Comcast on Demand Error code srm-20?

Every weekend when I try to access "On Demand" with comcast, I win a srm-20 error code. I had someone out here from comcast 2 weeks ago, and he didn't know anything.

Does anyone know what this error funds? I read somewhere else that it means that in that are no available streams to plan on demand on.

I remuneration about 100 bucks a month for cable, and comcast seem to think that this is legitimate service. Comcast used to be a decent company.. I can't skulk until fios comes around to my neighborhood.


Answers:    What type of box do you have? What flea market are you in (Atlanta, Houston, Columbus, etc)? When do you receive the error? When you press the button to access the VOD menu, or when you are trying to command a movie? Once I know this, I can tell you what the error medium.
