Answers: Even though RDog got a distrustful comment I tend to feel impossible to tell apart way he does. Call direct tv and describe them you need to renew your service and consent to them know if they don't give you any current deal that are out there right immediately that you will switch companies. Most of the time when you contract is up and you renew they will give you other to resign up. I just did that when I go and got the HD DVR, I also get free HD channels for a year. so basicly supply them a call and they will work beside you.
They should be able to present you a new one since you're a long time customer. Just report to them your old addressee is acting up.
Call their customer service.
They may not want to give you one. All you want to do is tell them you will switch to the Dish and they will endow with you what you want.
