How to setup Channel 3 on PC to examine satellite dish TV on PC?

We are trying to setup Dish TV on our pc. It is said that the calbes box abnd the laptop must both be on Channel 3. How do I setup the pc to be on warren 3?
We are using pinnacle PCTVHD Pro Stick.


Answers:    You need to setup the Pinnacle MediaCenter software after you connect your antenna to the device and the device to the workstation. Start by loading the CD (It will ask for your serial number). Follow the onscreen instructions. When you make the channel scan select chance 2 for cable or option 1 for cable and ATSC. Pick waterway 3 from the available channel roll.
