Answers:    Personal use - do what you want - or should I day do what U can. Years ago they sold descramblers on the black open market. Best bet - by older movies on Lasar discs (they trade for under $5.00 on ebay) U can even buy a used player for $100.00 & those discs are not copy guard.
Perfectly legalized if done for personal use only. Write protection concerns demo ON to the tape, not cassette OFF of it.
