Charter Digital Cable....HELP!?!?!?!?

I went to keep under surveillance TV this morning I turned on my Digital Box and when it reached a rut I get a message thats say, "Channel will be availiable in a Moment" Well its be and few minutes now and I'm not to sure whats wrong near it. Does anyone know if there is away means of access to fix it er not? Or do I have to bid those ***** at Charter? Thanks


Answers:    One of two things, you either get shut off for not paying your bill, or your box wishes therapy. You can unplaug, hang about for 5 seconds and consequently plug back contained by, or you will need to call for in and hold them reboot it manually from there. If this doesn't fix it any, you can schedule a service bid or go into the local department with your box and nick home a new box. This should give a hand. If this continues, it could be your outside wiring.

are all your electric wiring connected properly, and tightly?

have you rebooted your cable box? unplug and replug electric power to the cable box?

after you checked adjectives of that.. they yea, your gonna have to call upon those *****...
