How do i put a show onto a DVD from my computer?

Hi

I have a picture on my computer and want to transfer it onto a DVD, but i own brought blank discs such as DVD+RW and DVD-R and am still not able to do this.

it promts me to insert a recordable disc which i enjoy

any ideas ?


Answers:    First of adjectives, your disc drive is a DVD-Burner not just a DVD-Player right? Also, spawn sure the discs haven't been used previously.

Another piece, if you have more after one disc drive, make sure the burning program is pointed at the drive that can burn DVD's.
check to see if your drive accept DVD+R or DVR-R media (many immediately accept both)
