How copious population next to Directv DVR service are self-righteous next to the service?

I have it, and the shows I enjoy recorded are other getting stuck. It restarts my entire box, and I hate it. I hold yhe protection plan, but the customer service reps act close to it's a crime to call within for assistance. Ahhh... I feel better in a minute. : )


Answers:    We're happy next to ours, but we did have one box die -- started doing what yours is doing, afterwards finally locked up and wouldn't restart.

Call back and notify them it is not working, you've tried adjectives the resets and you need it replaced.

They have a guy out here in smaller number than 24 hours with ours.
Sounds close to you need a unmarked receiver! We've have Directv DVR service for a couple yrs now and categorically love it. We have also have no problems w/the customer service. Sorry you've had a different experience but word of push for....don't go to Dish introduce yourself. My parents have it and they are treated similar to crap and they nickel and dime you to death.
