I enjoy a Dish Pro Plus LNBF next to Dish 500. Will 2 DPP dual tuner receiver work beside it?

I currently have one dual tuner receiver and one single tuner addressee (3 Rooms Total). If I replace the single tuner receiver with a dual tuner, will it work (4 Rooms).

I enjoy a Dish Pro Plus separator to use with the dual tuner receiver.
