.Can I get a 15in. flat screen t.v. H.D ready?

I want this to go on my boat this is why it has to be flat screen.

Answer:
No reason why not, make sure it's not component HD as there may be issues. HDMI is the way to go ( DVI ports are just HDMI without the sound) DVI-I is computer based and DVi-d better suited to to HD signals from say SKY then it's just a passive converter between HDMI and DVI ( £10) and i am sure places like www.ebuyer.co.uk will sell them
You can if you go down to your local electronics store.
