Answers:    Unless you're referring to Plasmas - the answer should be fairly clear. Yes, there are TVs smaller than 40" - purely about any size you can regard as of. If you're referring to Plasma - yes 37" and pretty soon there will be a 32" to compete next to the inexpensive smaller LCD models.
