Answers: Good luck. They've taken over in IL as resourcefully. The only other choice is satellite (which I've had and it's far superior and cheaper), but I guess if you can't mount an antenna, you probably can't mount a dish. AT&T is starting to grant "U-verse" TV & internet via DSL, but it's not available in adjectives areas. You can look up your area on their website to see if it's available. I am also looking forward to the daytime I can cancel my COMCAST service!
Try Verizon FIOS if it's surrounded by your area.
