Why do I see the pixels on my 32" when I sit 7 foot backbone? Non HD channel just.?

I have a 32" Sony 1080i LCD Tv. I sit 7 foot back, but find the picture level terrible for non HD TV. Why?

Answers:    HD displays own a lot more resolution (pixels) than SD displays. Showing SD content on a HD display recurrently looks much worse than it would on a lower-resolution display -- that is, SD on HD can look much worse than SD on SD.

Why? Well, lower resolution displays call a halt up making things look real fuzzy ("soft"), but illustrious resolution displays try real knotty to faithfully display the information given - and for SD, that finances the HD display does a real appropriate job of showing you how lousy SD pictures are.

Nothing wrong beside your TV. Watch more HD.
