Magnavox is the entry level model and Philips is more high end.So the Mag would be cheaper.
phillips and magnovox are the same company, i believe, at least they used to be, if they're not , then their products are probably made by the same company , probably LG, but phillps and magnovox never were great products, i mean they sell it at home depot now , im sure its not a bad product, but you can do better..
