I was flipping through my stations and I get some HD channels from approaching 104-110. But only a few. I own regular service electric cable.
My question is, is that the solitary channels Ill be capable of get for free or do I enjoy to just type within random numbers to find more, or do I switch a setting on my tv to try and more HD channels.
Answers: Your TV have ATSC, NTSC and QAM tuners. You should be able to receive your cable's undeveloped analog channels and non-encrypted digital channel (including HDTV). This is usually limited to the local over the upper air digital TV. If you want any additional channel, you'll have to purchase HD service from your cable provider. Your TV is skilled of receiving over the atmosphere digital TV with an antenna, but you should already be acceptance those channels from your cable.
Not sure how you be able to receive HD channels through cable itself minus their receiver. Technically that shouldn't be possible, it may depend on who you own cable with. Are you sure that isn't analog you're recieving, because it looks better on an HD tv beside cable.
As far as over the air HD you'll find that some of alike channels you find on digital cable are available over the heavens, like Worship and Qubo, Ion Life, etc. If you aren't unique I would get an expensive antenna and a short time ago watch those san cable.
