i live in Kuwait in middle east i want to see channels like (televisa or telemundo ) but here i asked the cable guy he said i can add europe channels

You would defiantly need a satellite..but the biggest problem is where the satellite is located in space. Most US based satellites (for television) like Dish and Directv, are pointed specifically at North America (to include Canada).
Since you are on the other side of the planet, you might have to check to see what type of satellite set up they have for that hemisphere.
You can probably get the European channels because of their satellite set up.
i think you might need a satelite dish connection to any of those Tv stations.
I know of DSTV,Mnet,surf the web for other satelite tv stations.
