How do i get better reception on my tv, i don't have cable, just regular tv?

I bought a computer that has Windows media center and has a tv tunner so i can watch tv on my computer but i get very bad reception so if anybody knows how i can get better reception on my tv or if you can tell me of a special tv antenna i can buy?

put long aluminum sticks and aluminum stuff near to the tuner, they are like antennas
Get a standard outdoors antenna on your roof and it will improve. Those little bits of wire that they give you are not good enough.
