Where do i find the code to change my remote for my cable?? We just bought a new tv and i need to reprogram the remote for the tv. the new tv is a sanyo. i have looked on the charter website and found nothing and on the back of the remote is just a website for other universal remotes.

If I was you I would just call charter and ask them because most universal remotes make it easier by just pushing buttons in a certain order and holding the remote right in front the tv and then it automatically finds the code by itself and then you press another button to lock the code into the remote so that it works properly.
